The employees are paid dearness allowance, City Living Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, Attendant Allowance and deputation allowance in addition to the basic pay as per the respective pay scale stated above.

Company is also paying allowances to its employees who are working in remote and Naxalities affected areas from June, 2004.
